Computes \(Z^T Y\), handling FBM objects from bigstatsr
as well as base R matrices.
Arguments

Gene expression matrix (genes x samples), dense or FBM.
- Z
Latent variable matrix (genes x k).
Value
A numeric matrix giving Z^T Y.
